MANCHESTER Magic coach Jeff Jones is hoping his team to beat the Tesside Hawks and Solent Stars in a double- header this weekend to keep hopes of lifting their first English Basketball League title alive.

Jones' charges are six points behind leaders Worthing Thunder, but they along with fellow title-chasers Reading Rockets and Worcester Wolves have a much tougher run-in.
