Two weeks after putting up stern resistance against Rotherham, the division's other big-hitters, Manchester face a team that demolished Orrell recently.
Director of rugby Ian Geary said: "Our performance against Rotherham gave the side confidence and it also helped us to get five points from our visit to Rugby Lions last Sunday.
"We need to play as well against Worcester but, against these full-time professional sides, it is a question of dealing with the last 20 minutes when the extra fitness tends to kick in."
Mike Armstrong has recovered from injury so will be at hooker and the coaches will have to sort three from four in the back row because replacement David Wilks, the younger brother of Sharks' flanker Richard, has been playing well and must be in contention.
After two setbacks, Orrell need to get back on track at Otley and have wing Simon Haughton available again.
Hooker and skipper Mike Howe is rested so David Giles, a former Aldwinian, takes over in the front row alongside South African Steve Barretto, who replaces Alistair Livesey.
Matt Lacey returns to the back row in place of Mark Lloyd and the side will be led by Scottish international Andy Craig.
Sedgley Park ended Bracknell's unbeaten run in National Two last weekend but they will find it more difficult ending Penzance and Newlyn's 100 per cent record down in the West Country.
Park will need to go up a gear against a side that includes players former Bath second row Martin Haag and try-scoring Samoan international Mark Fatialofa. Tweet
