MANCHESTER Magic basketball players Delme Herriman and John Amaechi have been selected for England for next month's Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

The pair have both returned home after forging successful careers in America, with Amaechi finding fame as one of the NBA's top players.

Kristy Lavin, from the club's women's team Manchester Mystics, has also been picked.

Meanwhile, Magic coach Jeff Jones is looking for his team to extend their recent winning run at Kings Lynn tomorrow, while the Mystics, unbeaten in their last three outings, travel to Rhondda. Tweet
