MANCHESTER Magic suffered a disappointing 87-71 home defeat against Worcester Wolves in the National Basketball Cup quarter-finals.

Jeff Jones' team were always behind, but there were pleasing performances from Delme Herriman, who scored 16 points, Wade Henninger (15) and Matt Hogarth (10).

Saturday saw the Amaechi Centre- based team beaten 66-62 away to the Reading Rockets, with Henninger (15), Herriman (14) and Hogarth (13) again the leading scorers. Tweet
