Crump goes into tomorrow's British Grand Prix at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium knowing he cannot afford to fall further behind Sweden's Tony Rickardsson in the title race.
The Aussie ace said: "Tony has always been one of my main contenders and he's a tough guy to beat. He might be in front right now, but that doesn't mean he will be all year."
Five-times world champion Rickardsson leads the series with 70 points, from Crump on 59, with a maximum of 25 points available in each of the nine rounds. There will be five GPs left after Cardiff.
FANS travelling on the supporters club trip to Cardiff are reminded that the coach leaves Belle Vue Stadium at 9am tomorrow. Tweet
