SIMON Edwards wrapped up the Mansell Finishes Winter Series golf order of merit in style when he shared top place in the last of the five pro-ams at Mere with Freddy Valenti, of Pryors Hayes.

The pair carded a four-under-par 66, Wrexham-based Edwards grabbing eagles at the first and final holes, and finished 405 points ahead of Huddersfield's Paul Carman in the merit.
