The preceding junior open day, featuring a pro-am for youngsters with recognised handicaps, will continue.
And the quartet of tournaments will be completed at De Vere Mottram Hall with the M.E.N. Open from September 28-30. The Club Professional Championship, relaunched last year, will be at Kendal in September.
Assistants tee off with the Consort Travel Vulcan Trophy at Lindrick, from May 4-6.
The North Region qualifier for the Powerade PGA Assistants' Championship will be at Huddersfield on May 12.
And the enduring Harold Lees Trophy is at Dore and Totley on September 5 and 6.
Regional secretary Jim Croxton said: "We are hoping to announce other fixtures before the season gets into full swing."
The three-round St Helen's Bay pro-am in Ireland will be held from October 18-20 and new one-day venues include Bramhall, to mark their centenary, Hesketh and Huddersfield.
Marcus Armitage, a member of Marriott Worsley Park, is likely to defend his Lancashire Boys' title this season despite switching his base to Yorkshire.
The 16-year-old scratch player has also joined Howley Hall. He will represent that club and join the Leeds squad for Yorkshire Inter-Union League matches.
Wilsmslow begin their defence of the Manchester LGA Bell Cup, which has attracted 85 clubs, with a preliminary round home tie against Bacup.
Next Monday's STD Developments pro-am at Mottram Hall has been postponed until May 24 because of work on the course.
