BELLE Vue are rushing to save their place in speedway's Knockout Cup after last night's home second round second leg against Swindon was called off.

The tie has been rearranged for tomorrow night, but Aces' promoter John Perrin admitted they are battling against the weather to get the track ready in time.

He said: "The cut-off day for the second round is tomorrow and, if we can't ride, we face being thrown out." Tweet
