The Wellington High sixth form student is the new Sainsbury's English Schools' senior 100 metres champion.
The 17-year-old flyer clocked 12.02 seconds at Gateshead International Stadium.
"I was expecting to win but you still have to beat everyone else," said Wilson.
"So, I was quite nervous at the start even though I was feeling good coming into the Championships as I have had no injuries at all this year."
Wilson, who also has two English Schools bronze and one silver medal, successfully defended the title she won in 2007.
Warrington teenager Sam Dykes claimed one of the most prestigious titles at the two-day gathering, involving 1,600 budding internationals.
The 14-year-old from Grange School won gold in the junior boys' 800 metres with a time of 2:01.08.
Michael Rimmer, who won his third AAA senior title at last weekend's Olympic Trials, is a former winner and ex-British international Craig Winrow from Wigan is the championship record holder.
"It was quite a bit down on my personal best but getting gold is better than any PB," said Dykes.
