Altrincham Kersal entertain newly promoted Penrith, who proved more than equal to the challenge of North Two West last season when they beat Lymm in the semi-final of the Powergen Intermediate Cup, while Lymm travel to Broughton Park.
New boys Oldham face a tough opening game at home to Blackburn and Aspull make the trip to Wigton.
Haing been relegated from North Two West last season, Aldwinians take on Carlisle, Rossendale entertain newly promoted Trafford MV, and Tyldesley travel to Kirkby Lonsdale.
Relegated Wilmslow start their South Lancashire and Cheshire One season with a home game against Widnes, with Wigan travelling to Northwich, Leigh entertaining Bowdon and Warrington making the trip to Anselmians.
In South Lancs and Cheshire Two, Moore are at home to Dukinfield while Ashton on Mersey travel to Sandbach.
