SALE Sharks' Mark Cueto has been suspended for two weeks by a Rugby Football Union Disciplinary Panel.

He had been called before the hearing in Warrington being cited for an alleged dangerous tackle on Bath's Andrew Higgins at Edgeley Park on March 27.

Cueto is free to play again on April 22.

Leicester prop Julian White was also handed a two-week ban for punching his England colleague Andrew Sheridan after their win over Sale at Welford Road last weekend.

White was sent off by referee Wayne Barnes midway through the first half.

It was his fourth red card in seven years and he misses two big games.
