Both players are joining the club on a rolling month-long loan period which, barring an injury crisis at the Halliwell Jones Stadium, will see them spend the 2007 National League season with the Vikings.
Bracek, 19, joined the Wolves from St Helens and played for England Academy as well as playing Super League fixtures for both the Saints and the Wolves, while Harrison, 18, is a native of Cumbria and has captained English Schools.
The duo figured in the Wolves' 62-6 win over Widnes on Boxing Day and will join the Vikings in time for their friendly against Workington at the Halton Stadium on February 4.
Vikings coach Steve McCormack said: "I have been acutely aware of the need to strengthen the pack but was not prepared to spend money for the sake of it.
"Vikings fans will have seen on Boxing Day the calibre of these players and I'm looking forward to them joining up with us early next month."
