Oldham say they have secured the club's future by clearing their debt owed to the Inland Revenue.

A sum of £5,699, which included a significant amount of interest, had been the subject of an HMRC winding-up petition, which will now be automatically dismissed.

The debt was already paid in full before the announcement of the winding-up petition but came too late to stop it.
