Club official Carolyn Derbyshire today revealed a welcome 300 per cent increase in season ticket sales.
Carolyn told M.E.N. Sport: "These figures are tremendous and we are obviously delighted. The upsurge in interest is there for all to see.
"Not one single factor seems responsible for this. It's just a case of more people clearly wanting to become involved in the club and with rugby league.
"It's very encouraging, it's good for the game and there's still plenty of time for even more people to pledge their support.
"We are continuing to receive applications for season tickets and the level of interest continues to rise."
The Reds squad travel to Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday for two weeks of intensive training at a specialised camp. Tweet
