Keighley Cougars 26 Oldham 18

OLDHAM suffered their second successive defeat after having been on a long winning run.

The result means boss Steve Deakin may need to do some rethinking, especially after watching his team implode in the second half.

The visitors started brightly enough with a fifth-minute try by Neil Roden.

But Brian Sutton hit back for the Cougars to level things up.

Ian Hodgson crashed over four minutes from half-time and two minutes after the re-start Oldham were in again through Adam Robinson. Paul Ashton's third goal of the afternoon gave Oldham a firm advantage but they threw it away.

Cougars' Richard Knight got two tries and five goals.

What do you think? Have your say.
