The 20-year old former Altrincham Aces player has been with the Phoenix since July after being selected following summer trials.
Coach Rick Brebant explained: "Brian needs to be playing more, but right now is not quite ready for the Elite League. We need to be fair to both him and the club and so we asked Flintshire if they would agree to him joining them on a two-way deal and they agreed."
Phoenix host Sheffield Steelers in the M.E.N. Arena on Friday (7.30pm, tickets - 0870 190 8000).

Strange how he was having the games of his life before last weekends imports arrived.
Does not take rocket science to see that the Brits are being made second class citizens.
