Lucky shoppers who entered a competition at the Lowry Outlet shopping mall, run in association with the Oceânico Group Pro-Am Challenge, attended the professional golf tournament on Saturday to collect their fantastic prizes.
Amongst them was Chris Marsh, who was delighted with his fourball compliments of Marriott Worlsey Park, the host venue for the tournament. Linda Wright and her grandson, Robert, are looking forward to a day of relaxation at Marriott’s well equipped health spa, while Aggie Sambor will enjoy a day of retail therapy at the Lowry Outlet mall with her £100 of shopping vouchers.
Elsewhere, photographer Paul Hekses will be sporting a brand new fitted suit from the Lowry, and Dave Gartlet can be entertained by a show of his choice at the Lowry Theatre.
After collecting their prizes, the group were presented with VIP passes enabling them to spend the sunny afternoon supporting the professional and local amateur golfers playing in the Oceânico Group Pro-Am Challenge. Eventual winner of the Oceânico Group Pro-Am Challenge was Italian golfer Alessandro Tadini, who finished on 16 under par.
