Wigan crashed out of the FA Cup after leaking three goals to a hungry Stoke side.

Wigan trailed 2-0 at the break ' Chris Greenacre, a player linked with Latics last season, and Chris Iwelumo getting the goals.

Wigan made changes at the break, but couldn't turn increased possession into goals.

They matched Stoke's commitment but the home side's more clinical finishing proved decisive.

Stoke led 2-0 at the break and completed the scoring on 67 minutes with Greenacre's second.

Gary Teale could have reduced the deficit but the Stoke defence held firm and it's the Potters who progress into round 4.
