WIGAN midfielder Denny Landzaat could be given a chance in the clash at Fulham following the injury to Josip Skoko.
Holland international Landzaat, a é2.3million summer signing from AZ Alkmaar, has so far failed to settle at the JJB and was dropped to the bench for last weekend's victory over Manchester City.
However, Landzaat was back on the pitch after just half an hour when Australian Skoko tore his hamstring, and he is set to retain the central role at Craven Cottage.
Also out is centre-half Fitz Hall, who suffered ankle ligament damage against City, meaning a likely starting place for either Andy Webster or Matt Jackson.
Fulham captain Luis Boa Morte returns to the squad but he will have to settle for a place on the bench.
The midfielder has been out for five weeks after fracturing his cheekbone against Tottenham and manager Chris Coleman said: éHe isnét ready for a full match yet. Heés been doing a lot of running but hasnét had any contact while his cheekbone settled down.
Goalkeeper Antti Niemi felt a twinge in his groin in training today but Coleman, who is almost certain to field the starting line up which drew 1-1 at Aston Villa last week, expects him to be fit.
