The home side had only themselves to blame after throwing away two valuable points in their promotion fight after seemingly coasting to victory against Peterborough.
Wigan took the lead with an Andy Liddell penalty after 38 minutes, and when Nathan Ellington added a second two minutes after the break it seemed that the home side's impressive run of victories would continue.
But when Adam Newton pulled a goal back after 63 minutes Wigan were hit by an attack of the nerves.
The visitors sensed they could get something from the game and sure enough Andy Clarke capitalised on some poor defending to slide home the equaliser with 15 minutes left.
Two points dropped, but are Wigan still looking good to go up? Have your say.
