PAUL Jewell is set to give starting debuts to midfielder Per Frandsen and right back David Wright at the JJB stadium.

The other new arrivals, striker David Graham and centre half Emerson Thome, could figure on the bench.

Joe Kinnear steered Forest clear of relegation last season and Jewell said: "He made them very hard to beat, they had a great run at the back end of last season and they'll be even stronger this time.

"But we've had a good pre-season, the lads are fit and together, and we want to get off to a good start."

Experienced defender Matt Jackson is tipped to take over as skipper after Jason de Vos's departure to Ipswich.
