COUNTY will travel to Macclesfield Town in the first round of this seasonés Johnstoneés Paint Trophy.

And, apart from a new sponsor, the cup competition for clubs in Leagues One and Two has placed more emphasis on families attending midweek matches, with clubs making free tickets available to children under 16 who are accompanied by a paying adult.

Extra time has also been scrapped, so drawn games will go straight to penalties to avoid late night finishes on school nights.
