LATE goals from Matty McNeil and Oli Johnson earned County a battling point after the Hatters had fought back from two down at Edgeley Park.
County fell behind in the 17th minute when Izale McLeod ran onto a header from Adam Boulder and after two failed attempts, put the ball into the top of the net.
McLeod won a penalty in the 53rd minute when he was fouled by County keeper Owain Fon Williams on the edge of the area after racing in on goal. McLeod sent the keeper the wrong way from the spot.
The Lions were reduced to 10 men when David Martin was sent off for a second bookable offence with 25 mintues to go.
Substitute McNeil pulled a goal back in the 79th minute when he slotted home following a Tommy Rowe corner.
And Johnson equalised in the 84th minute when his deflected shot looped over Millwall keeper David Forde.
Leon McSweeney almost grabbed a winner in the final minute but pulled his shot wide.
