The Football Association of Wales have lodged a protest with UEFA against the result of their Euro 2004 play-off first-leg clash with Russia following news that Titov tested positive for the banned substance Bromantan after the game.

Technical victories are usually awarded as 2-0. However, that would still be enough to take the Welsh through.
