IT has been a good week for Rochdale and they will be hoping that it continues at Spotland on Saturday.

Having registered a win at Macclesfield last weekend all the midweek results went the right way for John Hollins' side as they moved back up to fourth place in the league.

The Rochdale manager is likely to make few, if any, changes to the squad on duty at the Moss Rose with keeper Steve Banks extending his loan period for another month in place of Neil Edwards who has again undergone surgery on a troublesome knee injury.

Defender Richard Jobson is available after suspension but is unlikely to be recalled following the performance of his stand-in Simon Coleman at Macclesfield.

Oxford, under new boss Ian Atkins, have improved of late and will provide stiff opposition in a game that could see Dale reclaim a top-three spot.
