JASON Jarrett remains manager Andy Preece's main injury doubt for the trip to Vale Park.

Jarrett had an outstanding match in last Saturday's victory over Peterborough, but missed the LDV Vans Trophy defeat due to an Achilles problem.

Matt Murphy is expected to have recovered from a knee problem, while Paddy Kenny will reclaim the goalkeeping gloves from Glynn Garner.

''If we can get a win, and other results go for us, we could move out of the bottom four,'' says Preece.

''And that would have been unthinkable a few weeks ago but it just shows you how quickly things can change in football.''
