Moore blamed his defence for throwing away a two-goal lead in last Saturday's 3-3 draw at Brentford.
"It might be harsh to leave three players out but it's something I will have to look at," said Moore.
"They are all under pressure at the moment. I'm not prepared to single anyone out but if they had defended the way we told them to on Saturday, we might have won that game."
At least Oldham will be boosted by the return of Guy Branston, Rob Scott, Will Haining and Luke Beckett, who are all available for selection.
Haining, who is returning from a long-term injury, may be asked to switch from his normal defensive duties to midfield.
"I may have to take a chance with Will," added Moore. "I need him to blow off the cobwebs and get his fitness levels back up out there on the pitch.
"He will definitely play some part.
"It's going to be tough at Yeovil. One thing you can say about them is they are a good footballing side and they have improved vastly since the start of the season."
