Bury v Lincoln: Preview

BURY caretaker boss Chris Casper is hoping for a double boost ahead of tomorrow's home clash with Lincoln, writes NEIL GOULDING.

Striker Jon Newby, a hamstring injury victim, is likely to return, while fellow hitman Matthew Tipton has resumed training after a groin injury.

"Jon has a very good chance of playing," said Casper. " He's got more of a hope than Matthew, but Matthew has also a very good chance of playing."

Casper has no other injury worries and could again include youngsters Dave Buchanan and Andy Parrish.

"I've been very pleased with the young boys," added Casper. "I didn't just put them in the squad as a statement."
