ROCHDALE face free-scoring Doncaster tonight with manager Alan Buckley expecting a tough test.

"On the night I watched them they played some very good football. Their pitch looks beautiful and if we play like we train it is a surface that should suit us," he said.

Buckley has striker Lee McEvilly available after suspension and is hoping that Paul Connor can return after his foot injury but may have to do without midfielder Sean McClare who picked up a dead leg on Saturday.

If the influential McClare doesn't make it, his place will go to the fit again Chris Beech who filled in from the bench on Saturday.

Doncaster had a spectacular 4-2 win over Mansfield at the weekend.
