ROCHDALE showed great festive spirit to fight back from two goals down at Spotland against Wrexham.
After a quiet first half, half-time substitute Lee McEvilly gave Wrexham the lead on 47 minutes, after Chris Llewellyn's set-up.
Eight minutes later the north Wales side doubled their lead when Llewellyn turned goalscorer, after 'dale goalkeeper Matt Gilks turned McEvilly's shot into his path.
But Glen Murray kick-started the fightback after nodding an easy header past Wrexham keeper Mike Ingham.
They completed the comeback fifteen minutes later when slack defending at a corner allowed John Doolan to head the equaliser.
