ROCHDALE'S win against Orient last weekend sees them back in with an outside chance of the play-offs if they can beat Shrewsbury at Spotland.

Manager Steve Parkin knows that if they can pick up three points they could move to within one point of the top seven.

"Like last weekend, the most important thing is not the performance but to win. We can keep alive our chances, especially if the other results go our way."

Parkin has problems up-front with leading scorer Grant Holt still suspended and strike partner Paul Tait likely to miss out following his head injury last week that required 12 stitches.

Defender Gareth Griffiths is hopeful of starting having recovered from the neck injury that he picked up against Orient.
