Greg Heald limped out of Tuesday's win over Grimsby with a hamstring injury and joins Daryl Burgess on the sidelines.
Boss Steve Parkin said: "We are pretty thin on the ground again. While I am delighted with the win over Grimsby, we certainly have a few headaches not only for this one but for our game on Tuesday, when Wayne Evans will be suspended.''
Parkin is attempting to bring in reinforcements for his defence, but if he is unable to do so Tony Gallimore will deputise for Heald.
