Boss Steve Parkin has again had a frustrating week in the transfer market with offers for at least two strikers failing.

The manager and his board did though, early in the week, reject a bid from Swansea City for leading scorer Grant Holt who will again take his place in a three-pronged attack alongside Leo Bertos and Paul Tait.

Skipper Gary Jones is available again after sitting out last weekend's win over Rushden due to a one-game ban, but is still struggling with injury. If he fails to recover in time youngster Scott Warner will continue to deputise.
