FOUR second-half goals gave a fringe Rochdale side a 4-1 victory at Rossendale.

The Unibond side took the lead through Michael Douglas's 20 yard strike on 14 minutes.

John Shaw fired home the equaliser on 55 minutes, pouncing on a loose ball in the box. Adam Le Fondre scored the second on the hour, turning and rifling the ball home.

And trialists Sean Doherty and Matt McNeil combined for the third with former Stockport striker McNeil able to almost walk the ball home on 61 minutes.

Shaw added a fourth after a goalkeeper error.
