ROCHDALE and Barnet will battle it out again for a place in the second round of the FA Cup after a 1-1 draw at Underhill.
The first half made difficult viewing, neither side finding their rhythm and referee James Linington too busy with the whistle to allow the football to flow.
Dale had the lead four minutes into the second half when Gary Jones collected the ball in space on the right and played an inviting ball into the area where Chris Dagnall bustled his way through a crowd to poke home from close range.
Barnet were level in the 67th minute when a long-range free-kick from Nicky Deverdics was deflected into the path of Ismail Yakubu and he powered home from eight yards.
Dagnall went close late on with a half volley but the tie will be decided at Spotland next Tuesday.
