MORE of the same - that's the message Rochdale manager Keith Hill will deliver to his team ahead of tomorrow's clash with Aldershot at Spotland.
After a stuttering start to the season , Dale hit top form in the 6-1 thrashing of Chester City on Tuesday.
"There is too much emphasis given over to results at this stage of the season and we feel we are going in the right direction," said Hill.
"Whether that will bring success or not, as quickly as we want it, I don't know. But we do feel we are doing the right thing and there has been no panic with the performances or results we've had this season."
"We will not be getting carried away with the Chester result, it's just all systems go into the Aldershot match."
"We’re trying to teach and educate young players and as long as we continue to do that in the right environment then there’s not going to be any panic.
"The only thing that has been average for us this season has been the results. I don’t know whether those type of results will continue but we will endeavour for those results and performances to continue."
Hill will name an unchanged line-up with teenagers Joe Thompson and Will Buckley continuing on the right and left flank respectively while midweek hat-trick hero Chris Dagnall will partner Lee Thorpe up front.
