ROCHDALE grabbed a last gasp winner after looking like they might have thrown away two points late on.

Thomas Kennedy fired home a 90th minute winner to put Dale's stuttering campaign back on track.

Chesterfield goalscorer Jamie Ward was sent off for unsporting behaviour after seeing the draw slip away.

After a first half stalemate, William Buckley put Dale ahead in the 67th minute.

But the visitors looked like they stolen a point when Ward hit an 85th minute equaliser.

Only for Kennedy to snatch it in injury time.
