Dale have opened the season with two goalless draws, firstly against Grimsby and then in midweek against Oldham in the Carling Cup when they lost on penalties.
Hill said: "Tuesday's Carling Cup set-back against Oldham was a great performance but it's a results business and in front of goal we are probably not as confident as we should be.
"It's similar to golf. Sometimes a golfer can't putt - he never forgets how to putt but sometimes they just don't drop. Eventually though, if you continue to do the right things, they will drop and I'm expecting a similar scenario with our strikers."
The Dale strikers should be able to open their account as Barnet have conceded seven goals in their first two games.
