"We had great victories on the road at Accrington and Rotherham but now, especially after the postponement, it is about winning home games," he said.
"We play in the same way at home or away but unfortunately some visiting teams are coming here to sit in and frustrate us. When that happens we really need to be looking to score early goals.
"We were scrambling a little in the early part of the season with all the injuries that we had but we are now starting to get people fit and we are a force to be reckoned with."
John Doolan picked up a hamstring injury at Rotherham, with Lee Crooks coming in as his replacement.
