GUY Branston is poised to quit Division One side Oldham Athletic, and is set for the ELEVENTH club of his career.

The 27-year-old started as a teenage trainee at at home-town Leicester and has since had spells at Colchester, Plymouth, Rushden and Diamonds, Lincoln, Rotherham, Wycombe, Peterborough and Sheffield Wednesday.

He joined Oldham on a free from Wednesday in February last year and made 44 appearances, scoring twice.

Branston was made Latics skipper towards the end of last season.
