OLDHAM Athletic's young striker Scott Spencer has held talks with Everton about his end-of-season transfer.

Spencer, 17, is set to move to Goodison for an initial fee of é200,000, but add-ons could treble the fee, rising even higher if he goes on to win international honours.

David Moyes has been trailing the 29-goal Academy product for some time and with Spencer attending Everton's game against Birmingham on Saturday it looks as though he has got his man.
