OLDHAM'S pre-season programme got off to a flying start wih 5-0 win over Stalybridge Celtic at Bower Fold last night.

More than 1,200 fans watched the Latics sweep into a half-time lead with goals from 17-year-old Kelvin Lomax and Jamaican international Jermaine Johnson.
