That is the view of the Rebels' manager Karl Marginson as his side look to move within six games of a possible final at the new Wembley Stadium.
To add spice to the affair, Salford are the only side to have beaten FC this season, scoring two injury-time goals to secure a deserved 2-1 league victory in front of more than 4,000 fans at the same ground last month, and end FC's chances of a new North West Counties League record of 13 straight wins.
The Ammies adopted a robust approach to that game, but Marginson says his players are prepared if they use the same tactic this time: "They were physical and got amongst us, knocked us out of our stride, which is credit to them," he said.
"Since then a few teams have tried the same approach and we have not been beaten since. We had our noses in front in that game and should have killed the game off.
"It is probably the biggest game in our short history, being in the Vase, and against the only team to have beaten us this season. We know how important the competition is to our supporters."
FC will be without suspended striker Rory Patterson, and defender Dave Brown is cup-tied after playing for Salford in an earlier round. But Rob Nugent is expected to return after missing last week's win at Nantwich with a head injury.

If this is the biggest game that you live for FC fans, this is probably where you belong and should stay.
Long live King Andrew the First!! He's the best, but since his is the only, has to be the worst.

I wish to complain about all those Fc Utd fans in the North Stand calling Salford fans "Glazer rent boys". I know it was only in retaliation for what some trouble makers did at our last game but Fc Utd fans need to remember that the ones who caused the bad feeling were not Salford fans and they are not welcome at our club. I would also like to say well done to Fc Utd for winning which is more than our manager Fallows has said. I think he is such a bad sport and nothing like as nice as your manager Carl.
