Why the low crowd attendances? Do supporters not like 7-0 matches every time? Who does like low level talent blowing out even lower level talent on a consistent basis? Or with Manchester United at the top of the PL have the former FC fans flocked back to PL footie?

Dash (to scared to use your real name) Walny, the game against Atherton LR was away. For your information Atherton's average attendence last year was 60. I did not hear any complaints from Atherton about the 1,300 + attendence nor the score. For your information, FC United have assembled an excellent squad of players, most of whom could play in much higher leagues. They choose to play for FC because of what it stands for "a club for the member/fans owned by the member/fans, that provides live football at affordable prices with an elcetric atmosphere.

Anybody who, like Tommy of Tampa, or his "altered ego" , Dash Walny, spends their time poring over FC attendance figures, is a pathetic figure. This is the same person, if memory serves, who, at the start of the season, was forecasting FC's rapid return to NW Division Two. Now that that little prediction seems to be off the mark, and understandably galled by scorelines such as Saturday's, he turns his attention to FC's gates. I wouldn't call Saturday's gate low for a NW match. And anyway, who cares? At least I'm not paying the Glazers' debt off. Viva Castro! Viva Cuba! Hasta la victoria siempre!

Well impressed with the reds they played non-stop attacking football and were a joy to watch. Top of both leagues its a Red thang. Also great to see so many young Reds turn up...they will soon take over the place..

I think 7-0 scores are a bit boring when you know that the opposition are so poor. You are much more likely to get those kind of scores when the skill level is so minimal. Like shooting fish in a barrel.. Boring when its so easy. Now winning the Premiership thats a real challenge.

Our teams performances in all five opening matches show we are too good for this division. I know that this is a bold statement and I do respect the fact that there are clubs in this division that will test our players resolve, but if we keep up this momentum I am sure we will be in prime position for promotion again come May. In the short time that this club was founded, I have watched every first team match and concluded that the Premiership isnt all its cracked up to be. Sure enough the standard of football in the Prem is as good as it gets, but not the match going experience. It is also good to know all the profit generated through the money I spend with a fans owned club remains in the club and supports nothing other than the running of the club. Due to the FA removing rule 43 preventing owners siphoning off more than 5% of a clubs profit, there is now nothing in place to prevent unscrupulous owners exploiting fans. A fans owned club is the only kind of club I will ever support financially again. I will also make sure that my kids and grandkids are never seduced into becoming brand football customers either. Viva la revolution, come on FC.

Raymond I think you will find that They choose to play for FC because of what they are being paid. Nothing to do with principles. Purely and simply financial. FC can afford to pay top dollar. Nothing wrong with that for the Worlds second biggest non league side.

40gbp per match per player? What do you think this is the AGM? No the real figure is much closer to 800gbp per week. Even FC fans can't that gullible. On the other hand maybe they are. RUBBISH! Your maths has to be the worst I have ever come across. I think you will find that the team cost is more like 20 players (including subs and reserves) at 40 quid/week/player = 800 and even if they did get more I would couldnt care less provided they play well and your Glazer mate gets sod all. Based on your maths 800/match x 42 league matches per year = 33,600/player/year x say 20 players = 672,000! This alone is some 4 times last years income and thats before we pay 5k/match to hire Gigg lane. I would also remind you that the 100k pledged by United fans to get the club off the ground hasnt been touched and is earning interest in the bank. I think you should do you homework and come back when you know what youre talking about. - Honestly, some people will say anything rather than admit they are making things up.

Dash Walny, with respect to your comments about FC's crowd's FC's average attendence teh first three games this season is 10% higher than the average of the first three games last season. Man City's crowd against Arsenal in 2006 was 1,176 lower than in 2005, and Man City's crowd against Portsmouth in 2006 was 3,308 lower than 2005.
