Top drawer Wayne. If his mate would have helped him then the game would definitely have been called off because between them they would have scorched the playing surface.

I know that i've been very reluctant to put anything on here (for what its worth) since a certain individual made certain remarks about George Best. His comments have consistently been annoying but he sunk to new depths just recently but as long as that person remains off here i'm willing to continue. I'm now looking forward to tomorrows cup game against New Mills, going down by car so if anybody has any directions or helpful advice for when i get into Macclesfield? Thanks in advance. Col - driving from H/Grove down the A623 to Macc go straight through the centre, out the other side. It's on Right next to Wrea Green Trading Estate (Rover dealers on here I think & 10-pin bowling). You can't miss it. See you there.

to get to macc - simply follw a6 through stockport and then get on a536 straight in to macc - or take m6 and take signed exit - the ground is signed once you get into macc.

Col, Gorton b" I know 'exactly' how you feel. b~nough said. Leave the M60 at Jct. 1 and head for the A6 South bound. Follow the A6 for a mile or so. Turn right onto the A523 and the ground is along the A523 about 1 mile before you reach Mac town centre. Enjoy the Game.

News about another game which has been arranged. Our home fixture versus Darwen, which was originally 11.03.06, has been brought forward to 7th January 2006. The club is in discussions with the league about the viability of this date and will be making a further announcement in due course. See http://www.fc-utd.co.uk/news/story.php?story_id=152

Thanks to those who put up directions, found it easy. While i'm talking about directions does anybody know the way to Amarillo? Great cup game, got to give credit to New mills they made it a tough game but their forwards didn't look like scoring on the day. Even Take That didn't seem to help their cause. Watchin Fcccc

Col Gorton - Sorry to hear that you will not be posting on here anymore. I find your insight into the world of pub football and liquid courage amazing and astonishing. Reminds me of most of the typical FC supporters (save a few of you): Times get tough and we must become afraid of those big bad Americans. Got to tail it out of there before their evil spreads! History? Tradition? I think your Grandfather's grandfather and his mates that went to Old Trafford back in the olden golden days would be ashamed to see so many retreaters in the mix of real Man Yoo fans. I can see Grandpoppy saying now, "What you talking about boy? Get your Vodafone jersey back on right now!!! And go stand in the corner!! What are you French?" If you really believe in Manchester United and all its traditions and pagentry and legacy, why run away like a bunch of little girls? It is very easy to take the cowards way. We'll form our own team! It will be just like United! Only small, pathetic and supported by a fanbase that is yellow down the back and front. The kits do need more yellow by the way.

Tommy Tampax - You have spectacularly missed the point. We just won't pay off someone's debt. Get that into your head and you will gain you first insight to Red Manchester. Our Grandfather's grandfather would laugh their heads off at the pathetic sheep that have been seduced into thinking Old Trafford is still a football club. It's just a big shop where people get ripped off.

Castleton Gabriels this Saturday and hopefully three points to keep the pressure on the chasing teams. We seem to have plenty of goalscorers, the midfield are looking stronger and the defence seems to be tightening up but the form of Barrie George has been brilliant. He has made some truly fantastic saves and some vital saves at key moments in certain games. Got my membership through so i'm a card carrying member of the red revolution. Watchin Fcccc

United been knocked out of the Champions league was the best result all season. The Glazers will loose millions and their exit through the Old Trafford door will have been accelerated. Looking forward to the day the Glazers are ruined.

Oi! You in Tampa - supposedly. You who are so sensitive about supposed insults about Americans and Jews. Stop using "Little girls" as an insult. No racism and no sexism.

Col, Gorton b" CanbTMt say I know the way to Amarillo (Peter Kay might) but I do know the way to Craven Park for our next away game with Holker. Take the M6 north to Jct 36 and change onto the A590 west bound for Barrow-in-Furness. The ground is sign posted from the A590 when you reach Barrow. From what I can gather, webTMre the biggest thing since the end of the big freeze up there.

Talking of being yellow Tammy from Tampon..Why do you hide behind such a stupid name?? I know you are a red cos you posted on the reserve match when Ole made a come back..Which i also went too..I am a red through and through and go to FCee with my mates to enjoy ourselves..Unlike at O/T these days where you are forced to SIT next to people who are there just so they can tell their friends in the pub that they went to O/T on Saturday but don't ask me who scored or played?? Get my drift!!???

RED ARMY "go to FCee with my mates". That would explain the poor crowds then. At least we can see why you support two clubs. You are incapable of fidelity. You're just a football tart a plastic one at that.

"Glazers will loose millions". You mean they are about to start spending? I think they will get rid of Gramps before they let someone a little more competent loose with the money box. When are the Board of FC going to spend big? They've already been knocked out of one Cup.

Buccs suck. So why watch United for all of those claimed years? There always was park football right at the end of your street. Why pay to watch superb actors...artists even...when you can watch your neighbours bringing real amateur theatre to the community....because park football is about playing and top players are sublime.....talk about Victorian values.....it will be no electricty and a tin bath soon...back to basics....what a joke...just how basic do you lot want to get

FC goes Disco this Saturday v. Castleton Gabriels so our impromptu Disco's will have DJ's to go. According to our web-site, the turntables at Gigg lane will be handed over to Manchester DJ's "The Slammin Boys" Mark Hogg & Jamie Scahill for the day. They have had their own radio show on Galaxy FM since 1997 which is broadcast across the whole of the UK as well as on SKY Digital and DAB. Both lifelong United fans, they are founder members of FC United of Manchester. Come on FC. Viva la revolution.

Malcolm, good to have you back. I had found the lack of intelligent conversation very nauseating. Buccs Suck (aka Stockport Supergenius): Bucs is spelled B-U-C-S.

I can't wait till the next game where the handlers know the attendance is going to be low, so the handlers can get an article out there about a boycott of some sort.

And I just love the all the "Chicken Littles" in our midst. And apparently all with accounting degrees to boot. Take it from a B-U-C-S fan (who didn't like Glazer at first but tolerate him now): Glazer is not going anywhere! So get used to it hamslice.

Glazer doesn't coach the team, he doesn't pick the players, he doesn't call the plays. He wants the team to win. Period. Albeit for business reason in addition to being a fan. But who would own a team and want them to lose?? Where is Thomas Paine when you need him???

Malcolm - I also agree completely with your pointing out the loosening of the mental patients from their restraints at the local assylum to attend FC games. They do say the loss of spelling ability is the first thing to go! Don't let loose on those who can't spell lose; they will learn its spelling in time when they are playing pub football in the one-up pub league that they hope to be promoted to next season. My greatest hope is that they flunk promotion because their pitch is always frozen. Hey Andy, get out the kerosene heaters and point them towards the grass. I can hear the Norton Warriors creative chants now: "You're still in our league, lose the attitude, you're still in our league oooo 'cause your pitch is an ice cube!!"

RED ARMY, Manc b" Regards the reserve games at Ewen fields. I am familiar with the ground as I used to watch United reserves play away there in the reserve league and Manchester Senior cup Games when it was Citys home reserve ground. You may already know this, but only use the Hyde United Social Club inside the ground to the right as you walk in through the turnstiles. All money spent there goes to Hyde United FC. Money spent elsewhere goes to Glazer. Enjoy the game tomorrow. Viva la revolution. P.S. Directions to the Holker game below the blah, blah, blah from Tampa. Come on FC.

Hey Tommy how about this for a quote "He may be carrying a little bit of weight, but we did fitness tests on the lads on Tuesday night and he did as well as anyone." Doesn't that confirm what we have been saying?

I've just been reading a message from Tommy. It makes interesting reading, not for the message itself, but what it says about Tommy. It's a great example of how wrong a person can be. Let's analyse it, shall we? First, boeTimes get tough and we must become afraid of those big bad Americans.b When will you stop seeing this in national terms? FC fans, (and, it has to be said, most United fans, although you wouldn't be aware of this, not being familiar with the local scene) dislike the Glazers but not because they're American. Neither do they dislike them because they're Jewish. Get it through your substantial skull once and for all, it's the amount of debt that is most worrying to fans, not the Glazers' faith or nationality. Second, boeAnd go stand in the corner!! What are you French?b Are the French cowards, Tommy? Oh, I daresay there are French people who are cowards, just as I imagine there are Americans who are cowards. The kind of Americans who, taking advantage of the nature of message boards, choose to post offensive letters in complete safety. The kind of Americans who wouldn't dare to approach an FC fan and repeat all these insults to his face. And by the way, you do realise, don't you, that your anti-French comments arise from you being fed the usual claptrap in your local media in the wake of France's refusal to back the invasion of Iraq. And then you have the gall to complain about brainwashing. Lastly, boeWhy run away like a bunch of little girls?b Are little girls cowards, Tommy? Have you ever been to a children's cancer ward? I have, and the little girls I saw there were very brave indeed. Oh, sure, on occasion, boelittle girlsb may indeed run away from boys. Boys are usually bigger and stronger, aren't they? But, then again, doesn't that just sum up your whole philosophy?
