Fergie Feedback: Wing speed the key to Chelsea win - Stuart Mathieson

Nobody is better positioned to judge burn out than Sir Alex Ferguson but it is to be hoped he can keep the twin wing threat of Ashley Young and Nani going for as long as possible.

The pair were rested against Benfica and United didn’t look the up tempo dangerous side they have been in the Premier League.

They were restored against Chelsea and once again the Reds had a pace and constant danger that the Londoners could not contain.

It has reverted back to the excitement of the Cristiano Ronaldo days, Ryan Giggs in his pomp, Andre Kanchelskis and Lee Sharpe.

United cannot afford to be without the asset of speed.

Never mind about stating the obvious, what about the real story today - how come Hargreaves has made a miracle recovery now he's wearing the blue shirt. I know some people ascribe almost supernatural powers to the influence of the (blue) moon but methinks this is more like unnatural than supernatural. I think we should be told - the truth that is!
