Yaya and Kolo Toure will return to the Blues camp from the Africa Cup of Nations, while striker Mario Balotelli is available again after his four-game ban.
Mancini said: “We knew for us December and January were difficult months because we had players injured, players banned, players away.
“Now we are still on the top. Next week, we will have all the players and that is very important for us.”
City's next Premier League game is on February 25, but they face Porto twice in the Europa League before then.

Just had to weather the storm and we have done. Still the best team in the land, welcome back lads :)
The vibe of the moment is that Spurs are fantastic, United just keep winning and City are faltering.
Over the last six games we have scored more points than both and everyone else for that matter. If this is our wobble, our sticky patch, PLASTICS GRASPING AT STRAWS!
Read it yoonited......City are still TOP !!!
Just as well and very nicely timed. Now that it's clear we can barely rely on referees to even correctly award us a throw-in, we have the necessary players back to firmly tilt things in our favour again.
Plus tevez back as well...city have the squad now to finish the rags off in the title race.spurs will beat united leaving us 5 points clear in 2 weeks from that we will go on and win it..love to win it at home against the rags just to see fergies face..priceless
YaYa and Kolo have had a holiday in the sun, hope they remember what they owe our Club and I expect to see 100% effort from both of them.
I think we will see a return to the City of earlier in the season now. There were games over the last 2 months where you could see the tiredness in our play. The fact that we ground out precious wins against Wigan, Spurs and Villa was testament to our organization and defensive strengths. If you look at our form last year, it steadily improved after Christmas. Yaya will allow us to counter attack more effectively and Merlin will be given more license to roam. With a couple of weeks rest from the PL we should come back refreshed and ready to take the league by the scruff of the neck. We have the best defence in the PL and have scored the most goals. Come on you Blue boys, let's get over that finishing line.
there are alot of fans who during last season dident like yaya but i think we have missed him more than any other player when silva is slightly off key it was yaya s power pulling us through welcame back yaya kolo and mario now lets power to the finish line and win the titile
we got four january signings: Balo, Yaya, Kolo and Carlos. And we start top. We will be hard to beat now.
Thank heavens they are returning - we have really missed them. The Toures, however, will be completely knackered when they return and will need a little time to recover before they can shine for us again.
I'm not a Kolo fan, but we need him as a third central defender ahead of Savic, who has potential, but is very young and inexperienced. Too bad the Ivory Coast didn't win the Afcon, the Zambian win is a great "feelgood" story.
great to have everyone back so we should be at full strength for the run in
give Yaya and Kolo a break for 10 days
get carlos fit and ready and we should be ok
lets all get behind the lads now and forget the problems with Carlos and support the whole team to the league
come on city
