Table-topping Manchester City crushed Norwich with another commanding Premier League performance at the Etihad Stadium.
The Blues enjoyed a possession session from the first whistle, with Sergio Aguero scoring the opener after 32 minutes following good work from Micah Richards.
After the break Samir Nasri's wide free-kick sailed into the Canaries goal past a flapping John Ruddy before Yaya Toure curled in the third.
Steve Morison pulled a goal back for Norwich, but substitutes Mario Balotelli and Adam Johnson added gloss to the victory with late goals for the Blues.
City now have 38 points from their 14 Premier League games and hold a 100 per cent home league record.

Exhilirating and awesome 5 of the bestfor Roberto. Norwich must be better than Man U as City could only score 5 today but 6 against the noisy neighbours.
Now for Villa to hit 3 against the ragged rags!
Have a nice weekend.
fantasic display to keep the poor neighbour's under pressure!
Paul Lambert stole the show with his rants building up to the game. I bet he won't be very vocal now.
Another fine result for the Blues, onwards & upwards my beloved City !!!!
Five goals, five different scorers, can't be bad.
Thought Yaya worked very hard today, Samir is looking better and better, and Mario's the gift that keeps on giving!
Another great performance from the lads. Well done City! I was looking for the clean sheet but 5-1 is even better. What can you say about MARIO! The absolute showmanship with his goal.
MOTM- Yaya Toure!
Here we go again please someone wake me up I must be dreaming O this just feels soooooo good, great play by everyone well done, even our cats doing the poznan.
Quality! Well done too keep the pace up against weaker teams!
Another fine performance. Thats how you base and roast canaries with an Adam's apple (ball) sauce to finish off. Looking forwards to wednesday and a two to three one win. Marvelous.
Normal Service Resumes., Total control from start to finish, thought YaYa, had a great game, but lots of good performances, Nasri starting to get some game time now and showed flashes of brilliance, and had a good game as well. Brilliant all round.
Great result from this team once again and lets be honest we played well within ourselves against a team that parked the bus and offered nothing, hard to look fluid in these type of games but we did the job yet again.........
Thought Aguerro and Nasri were very good as was Yaya however i think thats the first time ive seen Silva subdued - he seemed a little distracted today. The only negative for me, im afraid, was Kolo and that surprised me because he played so well in midweek. I suppose that type of inconsistency sums him up at times because today he seemed to have zero composure and our defence looked notably weaker without Joleon.......
I see Spurs have slithered into second, everyone goes on about our squad but look at the players in that Spurs Midfield - Lennon, Bale, Modric, Krankjaer, Sandro, Parker, Van der Vaart, Pienaar, Huddlestone - to my mind they have as much depth as we do, although doubtless 'arry will go on and on about how miraculous it is that they are in second. In other words - "havent i done an amazing job/even if they finish above us City have more players, blah blah excuse excuse (as usual)" - actually harry, we really don't..............
I really fancy us to beat Bayern on Wednesday, should be a fantastic atmosphere, and if Villareal can do us a favor and shut up Napolis ridiculous president then "Yellow Submarine" should become our second anthem behind Blue Moon.....COME ON CITY!!!!!
spurs are our main threat to the title now,i can see villa doing the scum over
just so easy today , thank god we are showing such goal scoring power - just keep winning , need the big win on Wednesday night against the germanys , come on Villa
Yes, you reds, another narrow win for City !
I suppose we were lucky again, just like all those missing reds who didn`t see your defeat to Palce the other night.
So many empty seats to match the empty heads of rags who post skits on here.
What can I say? It just gets better and better,Is that another record in somewhere?
CTID....
Did you hear that primping fool Garth Crookes slagging off Balotelli after the match. He just could not give City ANY credit. Fantastic workrate from the whole team. And before anyone complains about Dzeko or even Silva - they both played their parts. Yaya & Barry were so solid in the middle. As usual we're moaning about not keeping a clean sheet. Aren't we lucky? and so grateful to our owners & brilliant manager.
[I Am A Utd Fan] I've seen enough. Deservedly, Man City should be champions. I don't think many can argue; they are simply the best i've seen. Utd should use this season to rebuild a strong, powerful and tactful 'young' team instead of relying on old players. Man City are probably the 4th best team on the planet now. And this can only be good for the EPL; just have to appreciate good football.
Another great performance from the lads. Spuds seem to be our rivals now, although it's still very early. Come on Villans; Dunnie please don't give them anything today!
2-1 Villans! Dunnie to get the winner.
once again great performance Norwich made it difficult for us untill we scored we just need starting keeping clean sheets not kept one since Blackburn away
It's scary how good this City team is. 5 goals against a team playing a 10-0-0 formation. Kun could have had a hat-trick. Bring on Bayern.
WELL DONE BLUES & BOBBI -
Yet another good dominating win, only complaint was to concede a goal.
I though Nasri was awsome second half..and yet again Johnson proving how vital he is in this squad ..
I cant understand why Kolo was playing..
Im sure you are all wishing Villa on the scummers ..
Glazers forever
CITY FOR LIFE !!
If only Goater could have played in this squad.
We live in great times mates
There were some fantastic performances all over the pitch
today,Yaya,Sergio,David,Vinny, but I think the sponsers or
who ever decide at stadium for MOTM got it spot on Gareth
Barry was absolutely superb.
The goal from Sergio was awesome, there's only a handful
of players who could of scored that, and i'm delighted to say
Sergio is 1 of them.
A very happy Salford blue 1 of many.
Looks like swamping the midfield and parking the bus really works against City Lawro! We have been found out!
Fantastic display again! Only downside is the lazy defending with a win in the bag,but we are making this habit of winning look so easy. Balotelli with another classic goal and kun has gotta be in line for goal of the season. Come on Villareal!
