Nedum must want to leave us after watching TBH consistently get picked ahead of him. I havent seen him have a good game yet!

I keep repeating myself I know!! How can Ben Hain get a place in front of Onouha!! Playing Vassell closes down the ability of SWP because he keeps having to come inside.. Elano could have broke them down plus his ability to score. Will not have a cat in hell chance against Utd and Arsenal with these kind of management decisions!!

Darius Vassel might be honest, but so am I, he isn't good enough as he gives us nothing. He can't pass and he certainly isn't a striker!

Absolutely rubbish marks. Zabaleta & Garrido where the better defenders and Ben Haim despite the own goal was better then Richards who was awful. Vassell 2 at best and Benjani 4. Finally Robhino was not worth more than 5.

Whey, the usual ludicris ratings from Chris Bailey. He gave Dowd 7..7!!! Schmeichel deserved more than 6, Zabaleta was better too than the ratings he received.

Ben Haim, Garrido, Vassell, Benjani. None of these players are good enough and must, repeat must, be replaced as first teamers in the New Year. I and everybody else knows this. Except, perhaps Mark Hughes.

There should def be one of these "-" infront of Darius's mark!

These are the marks I would have given:

Hart 6 - injured not much else to do.
Zabaleta 6 - solid enough.
Garrido 7- I thought he did well today. Good set up for 2nd goal.
Richards 7 - at least he looked more interested. Aggressive in defence.
Ben Haim 6 - recovered from awful start.
Vassell 5 - missed vital one on one. Why is SWP not on the right?
SWP 6 - tried but is no central midfield player.
Kompany 6- steady nothing more.
Ireland 9 - outstanding game just getting better and better.
Robinho 7 - impressed in parts but would still like to see him away as he is at Eastlands.
Benjani 5- tried but won next to nothing in the air. No threat to the Hull goal. That is his job.

Schmeichel 6 - nothing much to do.
Jo 5 - not convinced about him. Why is a £19 million player on the bench if he is good enough?

Disappointed not to win this game. Certainly 2 points lost.

Hart - 5 - Injured early on.

Zabelleta 5 - Final Product usually ended up at feet of Hull players. Not fast enough either

Richards 4 - We are starting to see the real Richards, a really overrated player that thinks he doesn't even have to show up anymore.

Ben Haim - 3 - Another horrifying lazy error (the others that he has made this season have not cost us a goal) A dire dire defender who needs to be released in January.

Garrdio -4 What does he do? The only things that come to mind are his shameful displays in the 6-0 and 8-1 defeats! Absymal

SWP - 4 Very very poor today - had two mazy runs then gave the ball away. Has he been out at the nightclubs with JO?

Ireland 8 - The guy can always be counted on. He isn't a Brazillian superstar but he is dependable and seems to be the only one who gives a damn this season

Kompany 5 - Time after time the opposition marauded forward. Does he actually know the role of DM??

Robinho - 6 He tries hard but everybody is out for him - he is the most fouled played in the league, he isn't given time on the ball and that is something we are going to have to get used too.

Benjani - 4 - Not much service but when he did get the ball you knew he was not going to do anything with it. Absymal last season and carrying on that form into this season - at least he is consistent!

Vassell 2 - Why oh why is he not at Derby?! Costs us 15 points a season and has already contributed 5 lost points in two games (should have put us 2-0 up vs Spurs before Gelsons sending off and then missed two of the best chances of the game to make it 3-2. Incomprehensibly poor. Gave away free kick after free kick after free kick. No assists, woeful passing and just an all round absymal game yet again! Needs to be released in January.

Kasper 4 - Had nothing to do other than pull the ball out of the back of his goal from Geovanni freekick.

Jo 3 - Absolutely woeful waste of money - will we ever get any return on this player? either in goals or return on investment? I doubt it! He would rather party than play for MCFC

Mark Hughes 2/10 - Another absymal 2 points thrown away! Far too open Again! Two big games coming up next which we WILL LOSE! There is no momentum, no confidence, it's a completely utterly messed up opportunity by Hughes to show the world he is a capable manager.


Phil Dowd 3 - missed two blatent hand balls (2 pens to us) and then was card happy.

vassel was on the pitch 95 minutes and contributed nothing positive. air shot in the second half was as costly as ben haim's schollboy howler in the 1st.no wonder elano is fed up having a pub player in the team before him.

I'm not going to jump on the MH's out bandwagon, but can somebody please tell me what Benjani and Vassell bring to the team? To play SWP out of position to accommodate Vassell is beyond me.

6 points is too generous for an 'improved' Richards performance.
Perhaps 4.25 would be closer.

Ratings generally fair enough (harsh on Zabaleta who was good breaking) - thought Micah was the best of the defence and must have felt relieved not to have the Dunnie jinx alongside him - but then Ben Haim doesn't play the simple return pass that Richards invited and it normal service resumed.
Still the battling back that followed was great to see and the choice of Robinho as Capt. was INSPIRED - seperates him from his the recently moaning and fined fellow countrymen, recognises his hard work and good attitude (not apparently a feature at previous clubs) and shows that he is a popular player and someone his colleagues are happy to follow.
Mr. Hughes did well today and will eventually and hopefullly soon get a more reasonable share of the ref's decisions - although as we all know Micah does tend to dive over the opposing srikers and I wouldn't be surprised if Brown asked him to be aware of it knowing he had Geo on hand to convert.

Its never boring with City thats for sure.Great entertainment for the neutral but they will give me a heart attack.Its like watching a school team,there doesnt seem to be any structure to our team.Sorry Mark but if you continue to pick Vassell on the right and Sweep in central midfield you will be out before xmas.Ben Haim is a liability and we still have not got a centre forward who can hold the ball up.What worries me is we cant win a header, we are too easily out muscled all over the pitch.Stevie Ireland was immense its a shame more of the players dont have his desire,he earned that 1st goal by not giving up and making that run but all too often he was covering the whole of central midfield..it was crying out for hamman in the centre Sweep on the right and Vassell off but once again Hughes didnt see this.The more I see of Kompany in centre midfield the less I am convinced that is his piosition.I have to say I thought the ref was a homer,couldnt see the foul for the free kick equaliser and when he allowed them to take another free kick 3 times in the process booking 2 City players it became a farce Andy Gray agreed on sky.All in all Hull are a poor side who we should be beating..we need to improve...quickly.

Can someone please tell me why three successive managers continue to pick Darius Vassell. He is lazy, contributes nothing, cannot take players on, has a very poor scoring record and gives away possession more than any other player. I am not turning on him as I have never rated him. But for some reason I cannot see why Hughes and prior to that Eriksson and Pearce picked him continually. As long as players of his ilk are regulars we will never progress. Should have played Jo and Benjani up front together from the outset.

If we can remain undefeated till Jan we will be fine. We are going to have to "dig in" till the window opens.No team ever won the league without a top keeper, and a great back four, this is the department where i think MH will be concentrating come Jan. Come Feb next year Things will be very different. Its there for everyone to see. Add three new quality players plus a top draw keeper and we will be back in the race.

Players have no confidence in Hughes, the Arabs owe him nothing cos they didn't sign him, just give him a fat pay cheque and let him toddle off into the bank.

If we get sucked into a dogfight at the bottom all the money in the world won't save us it will be to late.
