CITY have signed Brazilian defender Glauber from FC Nuremburg.
The 25-year-old, who has one cap for Brazil, has been signed for an undisclosed fee from the German club who were relegated last season.
It follows the capture of Argentinian defender Pablo Zabaleta who joined from Espanyol.
Glauber - full name Glauber Leandro Honorato Berti - is Mark Hughes' sixth signing and will join fellow Brazilians Elano and record signing Jo at Eastlands.

He has 1 cap but has Italian citizenship so had no problems getting a work permit.
I am sure he is going to be good. Another over 6 foot defender - hopefully with pace. We are looking like a strong force that won't be bullied and will be a threat on set pieces. Hopefully our defenders (Dunne and Richards) will score some this season too.

for years, many of the rags i know have claimed MUFCA's are more bothered about liverpool than city, I think some have them are changing their tune now....they realise that city are moving in the right direction, fergies tenure at the rags is nearly up, you make up your own assumptions
